Hi Sinead, there are some hills . a short hill in the first mile over the Cliff Walk – also hills on the trail part of the run(up to the High Cross). This is a challenging course as running on sand can be quite tough but I guarantee you , the scenery will distract you , nothing monotonous about this event!
